Terms of Service

These terms cover Alpha AORE, a collectibles and retail market-intelligence system. Alpha AORE is not Merist and is not a public posting product.

The service

Alpha AORE may read legitimate public information about restocks, releases, preorders, and collectible markets. When X is used, Alpha uses app-only read access for public posts from accounts the operator registers. Alpha does not ask X users for their email.

What the service does not do

• It does not circumvent retailer queues, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, or anti-bot systems.
• It does not complete checkout or place orders.
• It does not post, reply, like, follow, or send Direct Messages on X.
• It does not sell access to operator data.

Authorization

The operator must only connect credentials they are allowed to use. The Alpha X application is bound to the @alphaAORE identity.

Changes

Alpha may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest revision.
