What Merist HQ is

Merist HQ is a content operations product for operators who research topics, create media, connect authorized social accounts, publish or upload through official platform APIs where permitted, and learn from real performance data.

Who it is for

Operators and creators who already run (or are building) a content program on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, and who want an authorized, auditable path from opportunity → publish → measurement → next decision.

Core features

Content opportunity research. Identify subjects worth covering and frame them for a specific audience and platform format.
Content creation & media preparation. Move from brief to scripted, media-ready assets intended for supported destinations.
Connect authorized social accounts. The account owner uses each platform’s official authorization flow. Merist only proceeds after that owner grants access.
Authorized analytics. After authorization, Merist retrieves account identity and content metrics that the platform exposes to authorized apps. Metrics a platform does not return stay blank.
Authorized publishing / upload (where scopes allow). On supported platforms, Merist can upload content as a draft for creator review or publish directly to the connected profile after the user grants the required permissions and the platform has approved the relevant app scopes. Merist does not post to accounts that never authorized the app.
Organize and compare performance. Results are stored against specific published items so operators can review what happened after publish.
Support better next decisions. Evidence from prior posts informs later creative choices. Merist does not invent metrics.

This is a product/workflow preview for public understanding. It is not a live customer dashboard, fake analytics console, or simulated TikTok approval status.

What Merist does not do

It does not collect platform passwords.
It does not post to arbitrary TikTok (or other) accounts that did not explicitly authorize the app.
It does not claim ownership of a user’s TikTok account or content merely because the account is connected.
It does not invent metrics or fill missing platform values with zeros.
It does not expose API keys, client secrets, or access tokens on this public website.

TikTok Content Posting is implemented in Merist HQ for authorized Draft Upload (video.upload) and Direct Post (video.publish) after explicit confirmation. Production Content Posting audit approval is not claimed until TikTok grants it. Unrestricted autonomous publishing remains disabled. Platform limitations remain authoritative.
